With elastic waist, drawstring adjustment and side pockets, these shorts move with your child and keep essentials close at hand. The inner mesh liner prevents chafing and dries quickly, and the patch pocket in back stows away small items. Your little adventurer will love the freedom of movement and you'll appreciate the protection these shorts provide during fun in the sun. Please note: When the fabric is wet or stretched, the protection might decrease. For safe play in the sun, kids should always use a hat and sunglasses and have their bare skin areas protected with sunscreen lotion.

The UV protection may suffer if the product is very tight, or if the fabric is stretched or wet. Also wear & tear, pool chemicals and saltwater may with time impair the protection.
