All orders are shipped using independent third-party courier and logistics providers.

Loomy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors beyond its control, except where legilsation provides otherwise. Where loss or damage occurs during transit, Loomy will reasonably assist the customer in submitting claims to the courier service.

  • Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Loomy has no control over customs processes or fees imposed by local authorities.

7. Risk of Loss

  • The risk of loss or damage to the order passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Any claims for loss or damage occurring during transit must be addressed directly with the courier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Loomy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer.

9. Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts;
  • refusal by the recipient;
  • unclaimed packages;

Loomy reserves the right to:

  • deduct return shipping costs from any refund; or
  • request additional payment for re-shipment.
