Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy governs the return of products and the refund of payments made through the Loomy online store.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude the consumer’s mandatory rights under the applicable laws of Georgia.

1. General Information

Loomy operates as an online store selling children’s clothing.

All purchases made through the website are considered distance (online) sales.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with:

  • the laws of Georgia;
  • international e-commerce standards;
  • the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Period

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The return period starts on the day the order is delivered.

3. Return Conditions

Products are eligible for return if they:

  • are unused and unwashed;
  • show no signs of wear;
  • are in original condition;
  • have original tags and packaging.

Loomy reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • hygiene-sensitive products (including underwear) that were sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
  • gift cards;
  • products damaged due to customer misuse.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is:

  • defective;
  • damaged; or
  • does not conform to the description,

you must contact Loomy as soon as possible after receiving the product.


When reporting an issue, you may be required to provide:

  • the order number;
  • a description of the defect or damage;
  • photographic evidence, where applicable.

Failure to notify Loomy as soon as possible may result in refusal of the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.


In the event of a confirmed defect or damage or non-conformity, Loomy will, in accordance with applicable law, offer:

  • a replacement;
  • a refund; or
  • another legally permissible remedy.



6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our support team

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

  • Loomy does not operate its own delivery service.
  • Returns must be shipped via third-party courier services.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to Loomy’s error or a confirmed defect.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the customer has expressly chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by Loomy, the additional cost resulting from such choice shall not be refunded.
  • The customer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only where such reduction results from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return procedure applies.

10. Offline Location

The existence of a physical Loomy location is for administrative or brand purposes only.

  • In-store returns for online purchases are not accepted, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by this Policy.
